POLARIS by Utility™ Digital Evidence Management Solution

POLARIS by Utility™ is a cloud-based digital evidence management solution that allows users to securely store captured evidence and offers SmartRedaction™.

Formerly known as AVaiLWEB, POLARIS allows agencies to upload, analyze and manage evidence including video, audio, documents, photos, metadata, phone data, security camera footage, and more from our other solutions including EOS™ police body camera and ROCKET™ in-car communications.

Agencies can manage camera registry programs within the platform featuring a simple process to request digital evidence from citizens and have files uploaded to the case directly. Additionally, the platform allows for the intake of evidence from third-party systems allowing agencies to utilize one DEMS platform for all forms of evidence, further streamlining law enforcement workflow, expediting the digital evidence intake process, and ultimately ensuring that officers spend less time behind a desk and more time within the communities they serve.

Designed to enable agencies to gather disparate digital evidence into one unified view, the updated POLARIS platform expands the types of data that can be uploaded and displayed to users with the capability to manage video, audio, documents, photos, metadata, phone data, security camera footage, and more. CAD INTEGRATION
-Automatically send CAD data to the AVaiLWeb Cloud.
-As CAD calls come in, they are visible on the AVaiLWeb live map.
CAD ACTIVATION
-When an officer is dispatched to an incident, their BodyWorn and RocketIoT video automatically start recording and tag the videos with the CAD Incident.
-For high priority calls, Action Zones automate recording and
tagging to ensure that all BodyWorns and RocketIoTs arriving
on-scene automatically start recording and tags the video with
the CAD incident.
AUTO TAGGING & CLASSIFICATION
-For videos not activated by CAD, the system automatically links
the right video to the right CAD incident.
